Due to the custom nature of digital design services, orders cannot be refunded once design work has begun. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after submission. If production has not started, we will process a full refund.
If a design error is determined to be the fault of NeoDX, we will provide corrections or remakes at no additional cost. If corrections are needed due to incomplete or inaccurate case data from the client, additional fees may apply.
For any physical goods shipped by NeoDX, defective or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We may request photo evidence and will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
To request a refund, remake, or cancellation, please contact us at support@neodxmilling.com with your case/order number and reason for your request. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
