1. Warranty Period

• Milled Restorations (Crowns, Bridges, Inlays/Onlays): Warranted for a period of one (1) year from the original date of invoice.
• All Other Milled Products: Warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of invoice.

2. Inspection and Acceptance Window

The Customer is responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon arrival. Any claims for shipping damage, discrepancies in order volume, or immediate out-of-the-box structural defects must be submitted to NeoDX Milling in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within this window constitutes final acceptance of the order as full and complete.

3. What is Covered

This warranty covers only structural failures (such as fractures or material delamination) that result directly from defects in the raw material used or errors in our milling and finishing processes.

If a product qualifies under this warranty, NeoDX Milling will, at its sole discretion, either remill the item at no cost or issue a credit. The original restoration and models may be required to be returned for evaluation.

4. Strict Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)

This limited warranty is strictly voided by, and does not cover, any of the following:

• Design & Clinical Adjustments: Failures caused by faulty preparation design, improper clinical fit, poor occlusion, or inadequate design scans provided by the customer.
• Third-Party Modifications: Any structural failure that occurs after the customer or a third party grinds, alters, alters the margins, rescans, or post-processes the product after delivery.
• Aesthetics: Disputes regarding shade matching, translucency variations, or subjective cosmetic preferences.
• Accidents: Damage caused by accidental dropping, misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
